What this service covers
For clients running their own construction management route — self-build homeowners, developers taking a hands-on role, or organisations without an in-house delivery team — we provide site-based construction management. Our site managers co-ordinate subcontractor packages, run the day-to-day trade sequence, check work in progress, monitor site safety, and act as the client's presence on the ground.
We are comfortable running site under a construction management route or acting as a client-side monitor on a project let to a main contractor. Where quality slips we call it out early. Where the programme is at risk we surface the problem with time to react. Where subcontractor commercial claims start to appear we assess them on merit rather than accept them at face value.
Our site work is grounded in the trades and the material realities of building along the West Sussex coast — salt-air corrosion, high water tables on the coastal plain, brick and knapped-flint tradition in the inland villages — because a construction manager who doesn't understand the building doesn't manage the site well.
