Procurement drives the commercial outcome of a project more than any other single decision. We prepare tender documentation packages that give bidders everything they need to price accurately — pricing schedules or bills of quantities, preliminaries schedules, drawings and specifications properly co-ordinated, and unambiguous scope boundaries.
We pre-qualify contractors, chair mid-tender review meetings, and produce bid-comparison reports that normalise apples-to-apples. Our reports call out the risk of low prices as clearly as the risk of high ones. Post-tender interviews are minuted, and the appointment recommendation is a written argument backed by evidence, not a preferred name pulled out of the air.
