What this service covers
A good baseline programme is more than a bar chart. It's a logic network with sequenced dependencies, resource assumptions, weather allowances appropriate to a South Coast climate, and float distributed where the risk actually is. We produce baseline programmes and monitor projects against them through construction using industry-standard planning tools.
For delay analysis we work with impacted-as-planned and time-impact-analysis methods, aligned with SCL Delay & Disruption Protocol guidance. Our reports are written to be defensible in a formal dispute and clear enough to negotiate around informally.
Progress monitoring covers weekly or fortnightly reviews against baseline, earned value where the contract calls for it, and forward-look reports flagging the activities most likely to slip. We work with West Sussex contractors and subcontractors and understand the local supply chain constraints that show up in any honest programme.
