CSQS Ltd was founded in 2020 by Julius Windels AssocRICS, after years working both sides of construction: measuring for contractors, pricing for developers, watching projects succeed when the numbers were honest and stumble when they weren't. The practice was built around that experience.
From our office on the South Coast, we now work with residential developers, main contractors and architects across the South East. Mostly housing. Mostly mixed-use. Always independent — never tied to a supplier, a procurement route, or a particular form of contract.
We've stayed deliberately small. It lets us answer the phone, iterate quickly, and write every document ourselves.
