What this service covers
Project management sits at the centre of every consultancy service we offer. As project manager we take responsibility for co-ordinating the design team, running procurement, chairing progress meetings, tracking programme and cost against baseline, and giving the client the single point of contact that a well-run project needs.
Our approach is aligned to the RIBA Plan of Work 2020 — every project has clear gateways at Stages 2, 3, 4 and 5, and no stage closes without documented client sign-off on the cost, programme and design assumptions carried forward. We chair meetings, write the minutes, distribute actions, and follow up. That discipline is what keeps projects from drifting.
For West Sussex clients we manage projects across the county — residential extensions and new builds in Worthing and Shoreham, commercial fit-outs in Chichester and Horsham, mixed-use conversions in Crawley and Bognor Regis. The practice is small on purpose so the project manager you meet is the project manager who runs the job.
